Calculated collisions are displayed as solids with flags and as an item in the collision tree. The item is composed from two parts - the first part is a general solid which is generated by the tool and the second one is the elements which created the collision.
There are two colours used for the collision in the 3D window. The blue one display members which has conflict and the red one marks the collision.
