The procedure for the Physically non-linear calculation

The procedure can be briefly summarised in the following steps:

1. definition of material properties,

2. input of the structure model including load, boundary conditions, etc.

3. input of member-related parameters (called "PNL Member data") (can be done in point 2),

4. linear calculation – to be able to design or input the reinforcement,

5. design or input of reinforcement,

6. non-linear calculation,

7. review and assessment of results.
