At the bottom of the document tree window click button [New].
In Default group select Text line.
Press button Add to add the item into the document.
Close the New document item dialogue.
In the document tree window select the Text line item.
The Property window displays its properties.
Click button [Edit text].
Fill in the editing dialogue: type the caption of the item and the text itself.
Confirm the action.
