If you want to rotate a 1D member and you know the final position of its vertices, you may do that in the property table. This approach is useful mainly if one of the vertices remains in its original position, i.e. if the vertex (the one that does not change its position) represents a centre of revolution.
In order to rotate a 1D member, select one of the end nodes of the 1D member and modify its co-ordinates. The procedure of co-ordinate modification is the same as if you move a node.
