Lyy(zz) - is length of span perpendicular to y (z) axis of LCS of 1D member loaded from Buckling data, where calculation length of span depends on Relative deformation system relation
xadd is coefficient loaded from concrete setting or concrete 1D member data , if exist (default value 500 is set according to chapter 7.4.1(5) from EN 1992-1-1.)
