There is taken into account for torsional check only the stirrup where check box Torsion is ON. This check box can be switched ON/OFF in dialogue Stirrup shape (action button Edit stirrup shape in properties of Stirrup or in library of stirrups).
Only one stirrup can be taken into account for check of torsion in SCIA Engineer.
