Coefficient for calculation effective depth of cross-section can be set and loaded from concrete setting (Advanced level). Default value is 0.9. This coefficient is used for calculation of the effective depth of cross-section - it is used if the effective depth cannot be calculated from the plane of deformation or if it is calculated using the simplified formula
