Coefficient for calculation inner lever arm can be set and loaded from concrete setting (Advanced level). Default value is 0.9. This coefficient is used for calculation of the inner lever arm of cross-section - it is used if the lever arm cannot be calculated form the plane of deformation or if it is calculated using the simplified formula
