Automatic text

SCIA Engineer offers a whole set of automatic text items. These text items look like a standard text on the drawing. However, they may be updated any time to reflect the current situation. What’s more, they may be edited and formatted like standard text.

Date	Inserts the current date.
Time	Inserts the current time.
Date + time	Inserts the current date and time.
Project name	Inserts the name of the current project.
Project comment	Inserts the comment attached to the current project.
Project type	Inserts the type of the current project.
Load case name	Inserts the name of the current load case.
Load case result	Inserts the type of current result (e.g. internal forces, deformation, etc.).
Load case result quantity	Inserts the mane of the displayed result quantity.
Plane	Inserts the orientation of working plane.

It is possible to combine in one text field an automatic text with a manually typed text. Thus the user may create texts like e.g. "Project: &PROJECT_NAME&, Load case: &LC_NAME&".
