StepSteel - export of analysis model
The procedure to export data into StepSteel file

Start menu function File > Export >StepSteel.

Type the name of the file (i.e. the base name without extension).

Select the output level – see below.

Adjust parameters relating to section names – see below.
-
Complete the export.

Section names
The cross-section shape is recognised from the name of the cross-section. The user may adjust a few parameters that influence the applied conversion of cross-section names.
Use DSTV conversion for section names |
If ON, the DSTV convention is used for cross-section names. |
Use mapping table as conversion for section names |
If ON, the mapping table is used to convert the names of cross-sections. |
