Camber Design
The design of camber (when "Camber Definition" is set to "Design") is executed for the current cross-section that exists in the model at the time the calculation is run.
The process for camber design is as follows:
1. Serviceability checks which consider camber are first performed by adding no camber. If these serviceability checks pass, the design ends, as no camber is needed for the member.
2. If any of the serviceability checks which consider camber fail, a minimum camber of 0.75 inches is added and the checks are performed again. If the checks fail again, camber is added in 0.25 inch intervals until the serviceability checks pass or until the maximum camber value is reached.
