Construction stages - Functionality changes

Selection of Construction stage functionality is different from version SCIA Engineer 24.0. Previously there was a combo-box for selection of model type in 32bit branch.

Currently this option Model has been completely removed and the Construction stages are selected in the second tab-sheet Functionality > Construction stages.

There is one limitation that Construction stages cant be combined with Model modifiers.
