Basic mode for member data adjustment on 1D elements

Basic mode of the Member data adjustment dialogue offers only basic parameters.

To select the basic mode, clear check box Advanced mode at the top part of the dialogue.

The basic mode allows the user to set only the diameter of the reinforcement and exposure conditions.

General parameters

Name	Defines the name of member data.
Beam type	Specifies the beam type. Available options are: (i) beam, (ii) column, (iii) slab, (iv) rib.
Advanced mode	In Basic mode, this option is OFF.
Member	Informs about the name of the selected member.

Environmental class	Specifies the environmental class.
Delta tb	Defines the condition that may affect the value of minimal cover (applicable to some standards only).
Concrete	Informs about the concrete grade used.
Stone diameter	Informs about the size of stones in concrete.

Upper > Diameter	Defines the diameter of longitudinal reinforcement at upper surface.
Upper > Concrete cover	Informs about the cover size at upper surface.
Lower > Diameter	Defines the diameter of longitudinal reinforcement at lower surface.
Lower > Concrete cover	Informs about the cover size at lower surface.
Stirrups > Diameter	Defines the diameter of shear reinforcement.
