Status bar
The status bar is a bar placed at the top right corner of the application window (fixed location).
It contains items to select the active load case, manage snapping settings, the coordinate system, units,... The status bar shows following information:
Active load case |
Changing the active load case allows the user to add loads to the specific load case. |
Snapping |
Via this button snapping settings can be activated or deactivated. |
Coordinate system |
Via this button the user can change the active workplane or change the user co-ordinate system. Also the UCS manager can be accessed from here. |
Unit system |
The bar displays the current length unit (e.g. meter, inch, etc.). The unit or unit system can be changed and via units can be managed (output format, decimal length,...). |
Refresh |
Manual refresh or autorefresh. The autorefresh option is used to automatically draw results when a result property is changed. |
Results lock |
The results lock toggle can be used to 'lock' the current results. When turned on, the results will not be deleted when data (that affect the result) in the project is changed. |
Grids mode |
The grids mode can be turned on (only grids can be selected) or off (grids cannot be selected, but the grids can be used as snapping points). |
Scales |
Scales for additional data (e.g. size of the support symbol, arrow length of loads,...) and scales for results (e.g. size of results diagram) can be changed here, as well as the scale settings. |
Active code |
A small icon shows the flag of the country whose National code is currently set as active. |
Active National Annex | A small icon shows the flag of the country whose National Annex is currently set as active. |
License information | The user can consult the licence usage via the Orgadmin portal or he/she can consult the licence settings. |
